PMAID Consulting Group was established by highly professional project managers that possess many years of global experience managing projects and programs of various size and complexity, using both Traditional PMI methodology and Agile.
Our consultants worked for Bell Canada, Rogers, Hydro One, Thales, Comverse, Scalar Decisions and others companies. We worked with clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
We believe that the value of pure project management is being underestimated by many organizations and as a result, in many cases, highly complex projects are being managed by industry professionals that are good in their area of expertise, but have minimal to no project management education or practice.
As a result, project management becomes a challenge to people that are assigned to lead initiatives and to their organizations.
In some other cases, budget limitations cause the assignment of individuals that are relatively new to project management to play senior roles. As a result, project budgets suffer even more, yet projects go through massive turbulence and even fail.
