Hello and welcome to the Project Management Crash Course - a 2.5 hour journey through the world of project management!

If you are considering project management for your future career path, or if you are already a project manager but never got a chance to learn project management theory, or if you are planning to obtain the PMP certification but find it too difficult to learn the PMBOK materials, this course could be a good first step for you.

You will get to know project management terminology and make yourself familiar with the five process groups and ten project management knowledge areas, some of them in greater detail than others. You will get to know all 49 processes of the traditional project management approach. You will learn about the critical path and earned value methods, project communication and conflict resolution, project triple constraints, risk management basics and the work breakdown structure.

At the end of the course, we will learn about the key differences between traditional project management methodology and agile project management.
